Full Grooming Service
The grooming process starts with a brush out of your dog’s coat, hygiene and pad clip. Followed by a Hydro-bath with specialist shampoos and dry. Then our Groomer will finish clipping and trimming to your preferred style. The service will also include – ear plucking, nail trimming and finishing cologne where required.

Exclusive Rapid Hydro Bath Service
This Service is for Short coat breeds (e.g. Labrador) or where no brushing is needed. A mix of shampoo and warm water is sprayed directly into your dog’s coat, getting down to the skin to remove dirt and dry skin cells. Leaving your dog’s coat thoroughly clean. The bath is followed by a blast leaving the coat almost dry, and cologne spray. All work is carried out while you wait and usually takes no more than 35 minutes.

Collection Service
Our Collect Groom Return service gives you the flexibility and convenience of having your dog groomed without you having to come to the salon. We can collect your dog from your home, workplace or even directly from kennels. The service is available Fridays by prior appointment. We can pick up most dogs up to medium breed size. Payment for this service is on collection of your dog and cash only.

Nail clipping service
We can usually fit you in with less than 1 hours notice. We will trim your dog’s nails either in the salon or the waiting area if your dog is nervous. We will also give your dog a complimentary cologne spray.

Puppy’s first visit (up to 3 months old)
A new puppy is always a handful and getting your new arrival familiarised with the dog grooming experience is very important. We offer an extended consultation and a “while you wait” grooming visit, which includes light trim/hygiene clip and bath. This will help familiarise your puppy to the grooming experience.

Micro-chipping
AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2011 It makes sense to make sure your pet is micro chipped and tagged. Our enhanced chipping service includes a hygiene trim, Pads trimmed, nails clipped and cologne spray.

* Multi-dog discounts are given at the Groomers discretion. Dogs must be owned by the same customer and be booked in for 1 appointment. Where a referral discount is offered, please advise the Groomer if you have referred a customer to us.
